Was also mislead to believe you could customize the shortcut keys. I guess i can still use it, but it’s not worth what i paid for it. It needs to clearly state on this page that you can not remap them. Even in the instruction booklet it seems to lead you into believing that you can remap the keys, but you can just use the predefined keypresses to do things inside other apps. That is not the same thing as “custom keys”. It does feel pretty solidly made, but disappointed i can’t remap the buttons.

the device works very well The ports are quite fast although the connection cable is quite short. but I replaced it with a high-speed mesh one and it works exactly the same for me. The wheel fulfills its function but if you turn it too fast it misaligns and doesn’t move the volume well, it makes some skips but it fulfills its function as an extra. The buttons feel quite nice and they do work perfectly, without a doubt a very good item from which I bought two, one for myself and one as a gift in white color. love they work perfectly although the buttons cannot be programmed but those that have the option to lock the HDMI screen, mute the audio, and lock the screen are very useful The brightness button is a bit tedious because if you accidentally press it, you have to go through all the different preset colors and effects. Without a doubt, a very good item. I was surprised by its quality and good performance, even the Ethernet network works quickly.

Nice hub, good ports, speed and functionality, the only thing bad is that the buttons are not customizable, but using powertoy on windows you can remap the function of the key strokes that the hub emulate, like win+lnto lock, you can remap this combo to other function,

The connection works well. Although the stitching isn’t perfect, it connects well and the button function is useful, so I like it. The color is pretty.

Firstly, the disappointing point is that the monitor can only connect to one HDMI port. The monitor cannot be connected with Type C. The dial is for volume control, but its operation isn’t that great. The four large buttons are each function keys, and they cannot be customized, so they must be used as they are. Other than that, I am satisfied. By supporting 100W PD, when you plug the genuine laptop charger into the dock and connect it to the laptop via OUT, it can charge at around 80W. Additionally supports 2 Type-C ports, 2 USB 3.0 ports, 3.5mm audio jack, and SD card slot. Even if all ports are connected, it works well.

The button pressing feel or texture doesn’t quite have a luxurious vibe. I am satisfied with its many functions and stable operation. The LED is only visible in dark places and doesn’t stand out much in bright offices.

Very nice, i noticed that my headphones sound better if connected directly to the pc instead of this device, so i wouldn’t rely on this device to extend your headphones / microphone connections, but it is very comfortable for any usb or data relying devices like tf or sd cards.

The box is sturdy and the packaging is neat, which surprised me. The product and its connection points such as buttons are perfectly aligned without any misalignments and have a high-quality texture. All the functions advertised were without any issues. The only regret was that the rotary encoder for volume has a bad feel. Well, considering the purpose and price, it’s understandable but I hope for improvements.
